I give Mimi's four stars only because I want to come back and have another great meal! A chance for a fifth star. The place is nice - easy going for a family dinner. I have to say that the kabobs: kafta, lamb, chicken, were all AMAZING, and I don't say that lightly. The bread was also really tasty. For the price [$8 - $12/plate], this is simply not beatable. And compared to some other kabob houses in the greater area which have too much of that smoke flavor in them, Mimi's is my #1 choice in the region. Read more

The Mimi's Kabob passes the test: I wiped off my jeans, but then took another bite as I pulled into the neighborhood. Juicy white-meat chicken. Crisp, warm tandoori bread. Vegetables, and a creamy, slightly cheesy sauce that really made a terrific sandwich (and which cleaned up easily). Read more
